Craig Jacobsen was born May 7, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah and died March 14, 2001 at the age of 52.
Survived by his wife Janet; children Laura (Michael) Schell, Jeanna, and Jeffrey; brothers Frank and Brent; sisters Linda Kreimeyer and Nora Crossley; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends; and unfortunately two dogs and a cat.
The family wishes to convey their thanks to all the wonderful neighbors and friends, the staff at LDS Hospital, and Drs. Hal Cole and Gary Hunter for their thoughtfulness, time and wonderful care of Craig.
Services will be held on Sat. March 17, 2001 at Walker Family Mortuaries located at 187 South Main, Spanish Fork, between 10-11 a.m. A viewing will be held between 9-10 a.m. prior to services. In lieu of flowers, please remember the family in your prayers.
