Janice Muir Keele

May 10, 1948 - December 22, 2020 

Janice Muir Keele our loving Mom, Sister, Grandma and friend returned home to her Heavenly Father on December 22, 2020.

Janice was born in Soda Springs, Idaho on May 10, 1948 to William Prouse Muir and Doris Janice Slade. Janice was the oldest of her sisters, Suzie Welch, Dianna Christensen, Debbie Walters, and SunDee Rottini.

Janice had two children whom she loved so deeply, her son Brandon Hansen, and daughter Crystal Jensen Bartlett. She enjoyed spending time with and loving her 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who lovingly called her Aunt Janny. Family was the most important part of Janice’s life, she spent her life loving and serving her family unconditionally.

Janice’s heart and door was always open and she loved and cared for family, friends and strangers showing Christ like love and compassion, often giving others a place to call home. Janice’s big heart, kindness, and compassion touched the lives of everyone she met. Her kind eyes, big hugs and her I love you’s will be missed by all.

Thank you to the staff and residents at The Wentworth at Coventry for caring and loving Janice and becoming part of her family this past year. A viewing for family and friends will be held January 4, 2021 from 10-10:45am at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State Street, Murray followed by a graveside service at Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery.
