Karl Norman Olsen

April 5, 1948 – January 23, 2020

Karl Norman Olsen was born on April 5, 1948, in Salt Lake City, to Russell Howard Olsen and Alice Eugenia Black Olsen.

He lived in Salt Lake City, where he attended schools in Granite School District, graduating from Skyline High School in 1966.

Karl married Mary Fairchild Nortz in 1966.

Karl lived most of his life in the Salt Lake City area.  He resided in Taylorsville when he passed away on January 23, 2020. 

Karl was preceded in death by his parents and baby brother, Howard Russell Olsen.  Karl’s survivors include his brother, Craig, and his sister, Kyle Ann, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
