Douglas H. Olsen 

September 16,1948 ~  August 15, 2011

Douglas H. Olsen was born September 16, 1948 in Brigham City to H. Max Olsen and Guyla Grant Olsen.  Doug's family included his siblings:  Louise, Richard, Nancy, and Doug's twin brother, Darrell, who died in infancy.

The Olsen family moved to Salt Lake City, where Doug and his siblings attended Skyline High School.  Doug was in the graduating class of 1966.  He also attended Utah State University in Logan.

Doug moved to Florida, where he worked in sales for several years.  He then moved to Texas where he was a nightclub owner, a big rig cross-country truck driver, and a taxi driver.

Doug passed away of natural causes August 15, 2011, in Amarillo, Texas.  He is survivied by his daughter, Jacqueline, and his siblings Louise Tate , Nancy Hall, and Richard Olsen.  He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Darrell, and his parents.

Doug was a sweet and kind soul that touched many in this life. 

Graveside services will be held at the Honeyville Cemetery, Saturday September 10, 2011 - 11:00a.m.
